“Role and Perspectives of Postdocs in Brazil”
The period immediately after completing a post-doctoral degree is a challenging phase of career transition, by analogy, a valley to be crossed by those who wish to remain in the academic environment, those who seek insertion in the private sector or even for those who intend to undertake.
Post-Docs, professionals with enormous potential and highly trained, need to plan the steps ahead to assertively and successfully achieve their professional evolution. In this sense, the event intends to put USP Postdocs in contact with potential interested parties, aiming to diversify and promote their career to sectors of society that can absorb them.
